This extension offers set of tools including:

  • A frontend chatbot that knows about Magento products, pages and categories and replies about order and shipping information for your customers. Includes full semantic search manager.
  • chatGPT integraded in the backend, located in the top of every admin page for quick access.
  • A set of machine learning widgets to predicts sales, customer registrations, analyze Spam and sentiment from customer comments.
  • A custom widget system, where you can embed chatGPT in any backend page and use any field as source.

Installation

To install the plug-in just proceed with this tutorial Installation procedure

Requirements

Once subscribed to our service this powerful extension require to use a set of credentials:
  • First is Visualwebs AI API key. Just go to my account at visualwebs.eu site, and under AI App find the Key and store locally.
  • OpenAI API. You need to subscribe at https://chat.openai.com/auth/login. Click signup and complete registration.
  • (Optional) Pinecone account if you want to create a knowledge for the chatbot. Needs create free account here https://www.pinecone.io/

Go to Visualwebs site -> my account -> AI App

This is the service API Key

Fill your server IP and save changes.

Important

Fill your website IP and save changes, this is required to allow your site use the service.

OpenAI

Important : After signup please get your API key and limit your account as instructions below.

Browse Limits link

Set a low limit, like $5-10-15 a month.
This prevents abusing your credit.
Set this to 50% of the month's limit set before.
So you will be warned when your credit reaches half.

API key generation

Generate and write down the KEY in a secure place, like your PC.

Browse API keys link

Click on "Create new secret key".

Write down the KEY generated and store anywhere secure.
It´s not able to see anymore and you need to create a new one if you loss it.
Pinecone

Pinecone

After Signup generate an API key and save in your PC. You will need to complete the extension setup.

Index generation

Generate a new index using default settings. Set 1536 as dimensions and save.

Index host

Now go to database, get list of indexes and copy the host for your new index as image

Enables all the features in the extension.

Enables our Cloud predictions service and the widgets.
Needs a valid subscription and API Key.

Shows the Chatbot in your store.

The title in the header of Chatbot widget.

Describe to the Chatbot the context, the "personallity".

Enables semantic search, requires free account with Pinecone.

Vector service API Key.

Select the privacy policy link where the users can read conditions for Chatbot.

Vector service, currently Pinecone only available

Vector service index host, required to make operations

Vector service index name space, leave blank, currently not being used

Vector service search score. Start with a the default value of 0.75. If chatbot not matching content, try lower a bit and try again until it does.

Custom widget manager. Create and insert your custom prompts in the backend.

Chatbot

This system provides smart Chatbot for your site, providing advanced features like product answering, site pages knowledge and order & shipping information.

Semantic search

This system allows to append products, CMS pages or category descriptions to the chatbot knowledge

Semantic items grid

The list of items in the system.

Global Search of entities, fill part of product sku, names, CMS page titles, category names.

Enabled Means active, inserted in the vector database.

Object type, 3 options available: Product, CMS page or category.

The entity name, like a product or category name.

The entity ID in Magento

The status, usually is pending  after changes, and completed when synced.

Add item

Select the type of entity you want to add, product, category or CMS page.

After entity selection, start typing or click enter to see the first items to choose. Select the entity and  click save.

it´s auto appending the name after the search, (not editable) just to visually confirm the entity being added.

Edit item

Just to change status from this form.

The content sent to vector database, cloned from Magento data.

You can adjust your desired content.

Case you don´t want Magento refreshes the content.

It locks your editions for not be modified.
